team works.
Bushra Alam — Founder
Bushra established Bee’s Care in 2017 after around 15 years as a care worker in Peterborough. Her professional experience and her father’s need for support helped shape the company’s personal approach to care.
Our care team
Our carers complete an induction that includes time shadowing an experienced care worker. Training is refreshed as part of our quality approach, with supervision and spot checks supporting ongoing development.
Our management team
Our management team brings together expertise in safeguarding, care planning, human resources and administration, supporting the people delivering care.
Continuity and matching
We aim to match carers with your needs and preferences, including social, cultural and religious considerations. We support continuity so you can see familiar faces when possible.
