Bee’s Care was established in 2017 by Bushra Alam, bringing her experience in care to a service built around individual people.

Before founding Bee’s Care, Bushra spent around 15 years working as a care worker in the Peterborough area.
She saw opportunities to improve people’s quality of life and wanted to build a service where carers could develop their skills and respond to individual needs.
Her experience of her father becoming less independent and needing support and companionship made that purpose deeply personal. The photograph shows Bushra holding her father’s hand.
Bee’s Care was established in 2017 to provide thoughtful home care and companionship. Our approach recognises each person’s routines, relationships and social, cultural and religious preferences.
Today, our home-care teams serve Peterborough and Huntingdon. Bee’s Care Home Ltd is a separate project in development and is not yet open.
